i've finished most of my papers, with only japanese language and general biology left. i've s/u-ed general biology, and japanese language is not really a paper that i can mug for, so i'm already on holiday mood =D

so i went for jane's birthday chalet on sunday night.

i've known jane since ajc first three months, she was the only person to remain in 28/01 with me =) jane's a terrific friend to have, she's superb at bargaining, is extremely aunty-ish, good at cheering people up, has great faith in Him, and not to mention, ultra blur like me hehe.

so special people must have special birthday presents, so i messed around at dar's and came up with a 21st birthday poster for dear jane. it was a pretty awkward situation at dar's place, dar's papa sent me to the chalet while dar's mama flipped through the thick yellow pages to help me find a world of sports outlet in the east area. the whole house was in a flurry, and dar called it a priority one situation hee :P

the 28/01-ers at the party =) and we've tentatively scheduled our annual christmas party at jenn's place, on the 23rd of december! it'll either be potluck or catering for food, and potluck for christmas presents =D fun fun!

dar and i almost died when we reached my house for huo-guo. my daddy was home too! *faints! i haven't really been on talking terms with my daddy after he beat me up, so it was really quite awkward. but daddy smiled at dar when he greeted daddy, so i guess it's a pretty good start =) my mummy is easy to win over, its my daddy who is the harder nut to crack, though everyone in the family tells me that i take after my daddy's character real lots. i inherited his huge and ugly nose as well -___-"


mah silly dearie cutting up fruits. mad hunkster bought $10+ worth of fruits for my parents. siao! who the hell will buy so many fruits!? he would have bought yan-wo too, if i haven't stopped him -_-"

am dragging dar to watch it with me, though he once swore that he would never ever watch any harry potter movie ;p it'll be our first movie date, i'm totally excited! *skips around!

jensie and i booked the same movie on the same day and at the same time, but at different locations. she's watching it in bishan because kj and her will be working early the next morning. sianz! hehehe. we should have made arrangements for a double date! ;p but i've booked her for a pedicure session as well as a hair session together after my exams. and we are going christmas shopping too! can't wait! :D

oh and i'm quite happy because my group got the best project for changing landscapes and we got to present during lecture today. A+ hip hip hurray! credits to LEEDS UNITED! i love doing projects with my malaysia fieldtrip kakis! :D

went for church service and hugged sister maymay and shereen mummy! i haven't attended cell for some time because i was sick and busy with school work, was sho happy to see them! =)

pastor melvyn was telling us not to worry and be happy. book of philippians 4:4-7. rejoice in the lord always! he sure seems to like apostle paul alot, he always shares the book of philippians with us hehe. i like it too, it's such a happy book about rejoicing in the lord. we often do bible studies on the book of philippians in hall cell too! then pastor melvyn was also sharing his favourite songs of praise and i thought it was very nice of him to sing for us then and there hee =)

i thought about derek when pastor melvyn mentioned book of philippians 4:6-7.

do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

pastor melvyn was sharing that if you talk to God about even about the most minute thing in your life, obviously you are walking very close to God. something that i'm very guilty of, i don't even do quiet time daily, and i sometimes even forget to say grace before meals, terrible daughter You have here, tsk tsk. so i was thinking of derek because he sure seems to be walking very closely with God just by reading his blog. and by doing so he will find peace in Him, i'm really happy for him! :)

it was meet dar's parents day on thursday..


.. then meet my mama's day on friday.


we both scared can! hehe..


i think my mama adores dar! *skips around! stop worrying oke, silly! she asked you to come over for huo-guo next thursday!

hope dar's mama sees as me oke too >_<"~ we're both quite worried because she is quite anti-christ but i'm a christian.. this is probably our greatest hurdle. and i can only pray about it. sighs.

i know its a terrible sin to be out gai-gai-ing on deepavali when the final term examinations are like only 2 freaking weeks away, but dar and i are re-lian-zhong-de-xiao-qing-lu so i think we can excuse ourselves right ;p

so i dragged dar to town for seoul's garden, which we had to abandon for suki sushi instead, because the 1-for-1 promotion was over. but the sashimi was good and i believe we ate our $40 worth, i think we consumed around 25 plates, though dar still thinks he should have downed another plate of sashimi and gyoza ;p dar was sho cute, there was this fat woman at the next table who was chionging plate after plate of gyoza, so i was gaping at her ability, while my silly dar wanted to pia with her. teeheehee ;p

this is fun, lets do this again oke dar? yum yum sashimi! *_*

dar also gave me a the surprise of my life. he told me he had to shit urgently (haha ;p) and since my caffeine addiction was kicking up, i was supposed to wait for him at centrepoint's coffee bean.

i know dar spent quite a lot on this, it being from leehwa and so.. sighs, i don't know what i have done to deserve this darling *_* i don't mean to be materialistic or anything, dar could have just gotten me any normal ring and i would have being just as happy. i said that i would go through thick and thin with dar, and he told me that i was going through the thick with him. faints lor ~_~

dar says in whatever he does, he tries to do it in the best of his capacity. in short, he wants the best for me in everything. i know dar will starve just to get me stuff or bring me out for fun.

we were in our matching pink shirts so we were monkey-ing around with my camera again. meant to put up pictures of dar devouring his gyozas at suki sushi, but i forgot to bring my camera back to hall, so he's spared of the embarrassment lah ;p
