tomorow's deadline for the first philo essay and i'm still clueless to what i'm supposed to write. i haven't attended a single philo lecture since the first one, neither have i watched the webcasts. why did i take philo in the first place and not some other faculty gem/ss that i can s/u? =(

i woke up early this morning, 8am, to re-read meno and start on my essay.

but ended up doing things like:
- check mail
- drank meiji coffee milk, courtesy of dar
- check friendster, where i peeked at leeteng's (yes, that yes 933 dj + project superhost contestant) profile :P this guy is my primary school classmate, he still has that "hehhehheh, i'm a horny se-peh-peh" leering look wahahaha! =D so did he win last night?

i got my present on the saturday before vday =D dar collaborated with my sister to give me a surprise after i returned home from tuition. thankyou dar! *silly grins*

dar and i spent our first valentine's day quietly, but sweetly together =) it was dinner at fish and co's, then the parading of my flowers and his ah-toot around plaza sing, and finally home sweet home.

i owe juan and ling this one. its damn late though i know :P

2006's chinese new year felt funny. i'm still not used to the changes.

mahmah did away with the reunion dinner on chinese new year's eve as well as the steamboat affair on chu-er. these two events have been the major cny highlights of the family for as long as i can remember, so it was a pretty traumatic experience to all i guess. the chu-er steamboat affair was replaced by a 11-course dinner at the mouth restaurant, which served pretty good food, but i had much fonder memories of our traditional steamboat dinners >.<"

it was just juan, qi and i at mahmah's house. later, we were sleeping on mahmah's bed when lao-er's family came to bai-nian. then lao-er came into the room, demanding to join in our girls' talk. sheesh!
